Level 2 is designed for older toddlers and young preschoolers who are ready to express more independence, explore new ideas, and enjoy a growing sense of self.
Classes offer a beautiful mix of guided movement, pretend play, simple musical concepts (like piano/forte and adagio/allegro) and group activities. Children will continue to explore steady beat, rhythm patterns, and listening games, all through songs, instruments, and storytelling.
There's space for independence and reassurance - children can participate in their own way, with caregivers close by to support and model when needed. These sessions help build social skills, confidence, and early musical awareness - all while having fun.
Classes are billed monthly at £46. Sibling discount: £20 off per sibling per month

Kindermusik Level 2
Have a very independent toddler? Want them to be more independent? Level 2 classes give toddlers the opportunity to express their own ideas and creativity. They’ll learn new vocabulary, play instruments, and do things “their own way,” while making cognitive strides.

Muscles used for posture and balance strengthen and toddlers gain alertness, self-control, and the ability to regulate movement. - Fine-Motor Skills
Toddlers strengthen their finger and hand muscles, which increases fine motor skills needed to write. - Cognitive Development
With repetitive songs and rhymes, toddlers strengthen their ability to memorize, sequence, and predict patterns.
Phoebe
Hi, I’m Phoebe, the heart behind Little Echoes. I’m a music educator, doula, breastfeeding counsellor, and award-winning graduate in early childhood and family studies. I also hold a Foundation Degree in Birth and Beyond with the NCT and University of Worcester. My journey with Kindermusik began not as a teacher, but as a parent. I attended classes with my daughter when she was a baby, and we both fell in love with the joy, connection, and meaningful learning experiences it brought. While I was training and then teaching, she followed the full Kindermusik programme right alongside me. Since 2021, I’ve facilitated Kindermusik classes at a thriving studio, supporting hundreds of families. Now, I’m bringing that same warmth and experience into a space of my own. As a fully accredited Kindermusik educator and a neurodivergent parent, I’m passionate about creating inclusive, child-led, and connection-focused classes where every family feels truly welcome.
Little Echoes - The Hub Hazelwell
Little Echoes is a music and movement studio for children aged 0 to 5 and their grown-ups, based in Birmingham. Our classes are rooted in the Kindermusik approach, blending music, play, and child development in a way that supports early learning and connection. Led by Phoebe Howe, a qualified educator, doula, and breastfeeding counsellor, Little Echoes offers a welcoming space where families can slow down, explore music together, and build strong foundations for learning and bonding. Each class follows a monthly theme and includes singing, instrument play, movement, and quiet moments too. Whether you're here for a fun morning out or to support your child’s growth in a meaningful way, Little Echoes is a space to feel seen, supported, and part of something.
