This class is for our students working on being independent! (We will work with you and your child if he/she is nervous about being dropped off.) The first 35 minutes are with the teacher, and caregivers are invited in for the last 10 to reconnect and finish class, as students showcase something special they have learned in class and celebrate the end of class with the parachute!

This is a 4 week class that runs the first 4 weeks in June 2026. We offer unlimited makeups as long as you are enrolled! Studio makeups will be pending availability in the class you wish to attend. Make ups also can be retained and used later, so long as you have reenrolled in a class with us.

*Please note that for summer classes we waive the registration fee of $60, and you can borrow our instruments if you haven't received your child's personalized Kindermusik bag. If you plan on continuing in the fall, or wish to purchase the Kindermusik bag, please email us at info@musicalmeinokc.com pay the $60.

Kindermusik Level 3

Our Level 3 classes start with instrument exploration and lean into how to play music as a group. Preschoolers experience all the excitement of new sounds and independent creativity, while fueling their social-emotional development (and school readiness!) by learning how to work together.

 
  • Language Understanding
    Children gain a wider vocabulary and knowledge of story structures and learn how to decode and interpret symbols.
  • Cognitive
    Preschoolers show a growing ability to memorize and recall information, and present increased attention and focus.
  • Listening and Sound Recognition
    Children are able to detect patterns, nuances, and timbre in different sounds they hear.
  • Socialization
    Children learn to wait patiently, take turns, work cooperatively in a group, and communicate effectively and respectfully.

Founded in 2010 as Kindermusik at Crossings, we are now growing in numbers and locations and are Musical Me in OKC! Join us for musical fun and growing during the school year for Newborns-7 yr olds and summer camps for 5-12 yr olds! We are located in the Multi Activity Center (MAC) at Mitch Park, right next to the Edmond YMCA.

Special Directions

The Multi Activity Center (MAC) at Mitch Park 2733 Marilyn Williams Drive Edmond, OK 73033 We are located in the Multi Activity Center (MAC) right next to the YMCA. You you want to enter in the doors with the Edmond Parks and Rec sign out front which are the doors closest to the YMCA. This is to avoid going through the assisted living center which is attached to the MAC. Check in with the receptionist and sign the Edmond Parks and Rec waiver. Come down the hall to Room D where Ms. Alyssa will be waiting for you!

Summary

Payment

I understand that this waiver applies to this enrollment, and all future enrollments. Kindermusik Classes: I understand that a space has been reserved for my child in the class time I have chosen and that I am entitled to unlimited make up classes as long as my enrollment is active. It is my responsibility to contact the studio with make-up requests in a timely manner. I understand that the monthly payment is recurring and will be drafted once a month on the day stated at check out and pays for 4 weeks (1 unit of classes). It will be drafted monthly and the number of payments is determined by how many units are offered per semester. If I need to cancel my registration for an upcoming unit, I understand I must do so before the last day of the previous month in order to avoid the upcoming recurring payment. All payments are final and if mandatory shutdowns need to occur for the city or Musical Me in OKC, LLC., I understand that Kindermusik classes will be moved to a virtual platform. I have read through the studio policies and understand them. Furthermore, I release any and all rights and claims for damages against Alyssa Burnett, Musical Me in OKC, LLC. in the unlikely event of injury sustained by myself, my child(ren), or assigned caregivers during the course of or as a result of the musical activities. I understand that it is my duty to inform any caregiver assigned to bring my child to class of this waiver. Camps: I understand this is a one time payment and that a refund is allowed, until 2 weeks before the start date of the camp I am registering for. Photo Release: I give permission for my child/ren to be photographed for promotional materials including flyers, web site/blog postings, in studio collages. I do so without expectation of compensation & with the understanding that these photos will be used exclusively by Musical Me in OKC, LLC. I also acknowledge that Musical Me in OKC, LLC. may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims Alyssa Burnett and Musical Me in OKC, LLC.
