Breaks are taken around major holidays. Registration is agreement to pay tuition, regardless of # of classes missed. Kindermusik Level 1
Kindermusik Level 1 classes give young toddlers room to explore! This special group experience gives toddlers a chance to learn new movement and language skills through dance, creative movement, echo songs, and more.
- Body Awareness
As toddlers move in different ways, they begin to understand their own bodies and develop self-control of movement. - Gross- and Fine-Motor Skills
Toddlers begin to develop basic gross-motor skills and coordination, as well as better control over fine-motor movement. - Math and Language Fundamentals
Toddlers begin to recognize patterns in music and have an increased sense of steady beat, both skills linked to math and language.

Owner/Educator/Licensed Kindermusik Educator I have been teaching Kindermusik for 27 years now and can safely say that for me......it is the-most-wonderful-thing! ...hard to call it a job. Started out selling College Textbooks and was lucky enough to end up selling Toddler Smiles :) Although so many things have changed over the years ... cassette tapes to CD's and now streaming...one thing has remained constant...kids know that when they step into the Kindermusik classroom, its all about fun with one of their favorite grownups. We may move, sing, dance and learn critical listening on our way through a class but, I've always believed, the most important part is the concentrated attention set aside each week for doing nothing else but having fun together. ...the good music and excellent curriculum doesn't hurt either :) Please consider joining us for a session or two!!!
KINDERMUSIK BY LYNDA - ASPINWALL/ Allegheny RiverTrail Park INSIDE
Right on the banks of the Allegheny River. So peaceful to visit each week!! Classes are held INSIDE. Using the Party Room of an old marina ... bought by a private group and turned into a beautiful park, nature walk and play space. There are chaise lounges to sit and watch the river go by, a fishing pier and observation deck...as well as boats bobbing in the small marina right next to the Highland Park Bridge. Great stretch of the Allegheny. Come out and enjoy the view...and music class of course. Truly marvelous place to take a class.
Special Directions
Allegheny RiverTrail Park entrance is at the intersection of Freeport RD and Brilliant Ave in the heart of Aspinwall. 2 things: 1. Intersection of River Rd & Freeport Rd (where you turn in to go to the park) is just a few yards down from where Brilliant Ave intersects Freeport RD. 1st time is a bit confusing. Look for huge banners attached to the train tressel that you will be driving under. I do not believe there is a River Rd street sign...but the banners are HUGE! 2. Cross the Rail Road Tracks (never sit on these tracks) and follow the drive around to the RIGHT. The Borough of Aspinwall has a facility on site as well, so just follow the signs, PARK, and then follow the walkway TOWARD THE WATER and you will find us no problem.
