Kindermusik Level 2

Have a very independent toddler? Want them to be more independent? Level 2 classes give toddlers the opportunity to express their own ideas and creativity. They’ll learn new vocabulary, play instruments, and do things “their own way,” while making cognitive strides.

Class will not meet on:
May 21, 2026 - May 22, 2026
Jun 13, 2026 - Jul 11, 2026

  • Whole Body
Muscles used for posture and balance strengthen and toddlers gain alertness, self-control, and the ability to regulate movement.
  • Fine-Motor Skills
Toddlers strengthen their finger and hand muscles, which increases fine motor skills needed to write.
  • Cognitive Development
With repetitive songs and rhymes, toddlers strengthen their ability to memorize, sequence, and predict patterns.

Studio Policy

The 2025-26 Season of classes will begin the week of September 8th, 2025 and run through June 5th, 2026, pending any makeup classes needed for class cancellations. Families may join at any time, and may withdraw at any time with notice by the first of the month.

Classes meet at Ascension Lutheran Church, 95 Allen Road in South Burlington

Tuition is $64 per month, payable by automatic credit card payment, check payable to Kindermusik with Rachel, or Venmo. After the first child, monthly tuition for additional siblings is $50.

Payment for the first month is due on the class start date, or upon enrollment for classes already in session. After that, automatic credit card payments will be charged on the 6th of the month. All cash, check, or Venmo payments are also due on the 6th. Regardless of payment method, withdrawal requests must be made by the first of the month to avoid tuition payment due on the 6th. Because of the extended winter break, there is no tuition due in December.

Families joining a class partway through a billing cycle will pay pro-rated tuition for the remaining classes before the next regular billing date.

Siblings under a year old may attend with an enrolled child at no extra cost. All children over the age of 12 months must be enrolled in the class to attend.

Please do not come to class if the child or caregiver attending is sick. Symptoms of illness include persistent cough, persistent runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, temperature of 100.4F or higher, diarrhea, and vomiting, and anyone who has experienced any of these within 24 hours should stay home. Classes missed for any reason may be made up any time while you are enrolled, by attending another class as timing and class capacity allow. See your welcome email for a link to instructions for signing up for makeup classes.

Please email Rachel at kindermusikRachelSmith@gmail.com, or call or text 802-448-0404 if you will miss a class.

Classes with fewer than 4 children enrolled may be cancelled for low enrollment. If this occurs, children already enrolled in the class will be offered the opportunity to switch classes (as available) or be placed on a waitlist until more families express interest in the class. Any tuition paid for classes that do not occur will be refunded.

In the event of instructor illness or a weather-related school closure in the South Burlington or Champlain Valley Unified School District, classes will be cancelled, and either a makeup day will be scheduled for all classes, or affected families will be offered individual makeup classes to schedule as they choose. Families will be notified by email and asked to respond to acknowledge they have received the message. Families who have not replied to the email by 60 minutes before class time will receive text and/or phone call reminders

Streaming access to all the music from your child's class level on the Kindermusik App is included with your tuition. See your welcome email for login instructions
