Payment structure:
Our school year runs from August to May, with a total of 36 instructional classes. The cost of all 36 weeks is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from August to May. This way, families can plan ahead for consistent payments throughout the year. Payments are charged on the 1st of the month.
Please avoid a $15.00 late fee by getting your payments in by the 10th of the month. Note: there may not be the same number of lessons in each month.
Ways to pay:
1. Bring in a check or cash or zelle to your monthly lesson. Note: payments are still due by the 10th of each month despite date of first lesson for that month
2. Save your credit card information for automatic payments on the 1st of each month
Absence and Make-up Policies:
1. Student Absence/Schedule changes: Students are allowed to attend a makeup lesson at the end of each semester or during the semester at the teacher’s convenience. Please understand that the lesson schedule is quite full and any mid-semester makeups will be on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no refunds or credits for student absences and it is the student’s responsibility to coordinate a makeup lesson day/time with Ms. Sasha. Any lessons not made up during a semester will not carry over into the following semester.
2. Teacher Absence: In the case of teacher absence, a makeup lesson will be set up within the month of the absence or the makeup lesson will be scheduled during the makeup lesson week following each semester. If neither option works out, a refund will be given at the end of the semester.
3. Inclement weather: There are no refunds for lessons canceled due to inclement weather. Cancellation due to inclement weather will follow Hall County School closings. Makeup lessons will be set at the end of the semester to accommodate.
Materials:
Music books and materials for class will need to be purchased individually or can be bought for you by Ms. Sasha. Payment for these books can be made separately or added to the 1st month’s tuition.
Students are responsible for bringing their own books and materials to each and every lesson.
Cancellation policy:
If you must withdraw after the semester begins, you are required to give two weeks written notice of your intention to withdraw. Tuition is payable through the two weeks.
