I understand that this waiver applies to this enrollment and all future enrollments at In Tune Music. By enrolling in any program at In Tune Music—including Kindermusik, Piano Wizards, Apprentice Musicians, private lessons, camps, or special events—I understand that a space has been reserved for my child in the selected class or program. Kindermusik Classes: I understand I am entitled to unlimited make-up classes as long as my Kindermusik enrollment is active. It is my responsibility to request any make-ups in a timely manner. Monthly tuition is automatically charged on the 1st of each month and covers one month of classes. If I need to cancel my enrollment, I agree to provide notice by email at least two weeks before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. All payments are final. In the event of a mandatory city shutdown or weather-related closures, Kindermusik classes may be moved to a virtual format. Piano Wizards, Group Piano, and Private Lessons: I understand these classes are designed to be progressive and require consistent attendance for growth. Private lesson payments are recurring and due on the 1st of each month. I agree to give one full month’s written notice to discontinue private lessons and understand that tuition is still due during that notice period. Group piano classes are a semester commitment and can only be canceled in December or May. Missed private lessons are not made up unless canceled by the teacher. Camps I understand that camps are a one-time payment. Cancellations are refundable up until two weeks before the camp start date. Liability Release I release and hold harmless In Tune Music, LLC, and its staff, teachers, and contractors from any claims, injuries, or damages incurred by myself, my child(ren), or any assigned caregiver during participation in In Tune Music activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform any caregiver bringing my child to class of this waiver and studio policies. Photo Release I give permission for my child(ren) to be photographed or recorded during classes, camps, or events at In Tune Music. These images may be used for promotional materials, our website, printed displays, and social media. I do so without expectation of compensation & with the understanding that these photos will be used exclusively by In Tune Music, LLC. I understand that no names or identifiers will be used on images. I release all rights to the images and agree they may be used at the discretion of In Tune Music, LLC. I also acknowledge that In Tune Music, LLC may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims Deidra Davis and IN TUNE MUSIC, LLC.
